How to Prepare Maine Lobster White Truffle Pizza


Our Maine Lobster White Pizza with Truffle Oil is a favorite of our local Maine customers.  We use a whole wheat crust, herbs from our garden – in season – Havarti and mozzarella cheeses, fresh spinach and roasted red tomatoes to create a delightful Maine twist on an Italian treat.
