Food Paradise - Pot Pie Paradise featuring our own Maine Lobster Pot Pie and Lobster PizzaThe Lobster Pot Pie has been on Academe’s menu for more than six years and was first inspired by Shanna and Brian O’Hea’s passion for travel and local Maine foods. As chefs and a married couple who met in culinary school, their goal was to pay homage to the traditional lobster dish while adding their own personal spin. Brian’s use of signature lobster stock and delicate meat, paired with Shanna’s hand-rolled puff pastry has helped the dish gain national acclaim.

Celebrity chef Cat Cora first highlighted the Lobster Pot Pie on an episode of the Food Network show “The Best Thing I Ever Ate.”
