	Maine Lobster Pot Pie– Our signature appetizer is easy to prepare. Once you have your oven preheated to 400 degrees, baking, heating, and plating take about 10 minutes. 	Lobster White Truffle Pizza– Begin by preheating your oven to 425 degrees for conventional ovens or 400 degrees for convection ovens. 	Prince Edward Island Mussels– In our restaurant, we prepare our P.E.I. Mussels with white wine. You can use beer or water if you do not have white wine available. 	Authentic Maine Lobster Rolls– Lobster rolls are deliciously simple. We like to take ours up a level of sophistication by drizzling melted sea-salted compound butter on top. Divine!
