MaineLobsterPotPie’s Chef Shanna O’Hea is a finalist in the 2013 Maine Lobster Chef of the Year Competition
October 1, 2013 • By Shanna Horner-O'Hea Maine Lobster Pot PieShanna Horner O’Hea, who, along with her husband Brian, owns MaineLobsterPotPie.com, The Kennebunk Inn, and its restaurant, Academe Maine Brasserie and Tavern will has been named a finalist in the 2013 Maine Lobster Chef of the Year competition. Shanna will be competing with her dish, “Lobster Lo’Maine” a playful take on Lo Mein.
While fresh Maine Lobster is the centerpiece of the dish, Chef Shanna introduces cold Asian noodles, white soy dressing, miso, sambal chili sauce and warm pork belly for a Down East meets Far East international taste sensation.

The event is sponsored by the Maine Lobster Promotion Council and is held during the annual fall “Harvest on the Harbor” festival. “Harvest on the Harbor” will be held October 23-26, 2013. The Maine Lobster Chef of the Year will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2013 from 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM.
